Registration begins at 1pm at The Esplanade at 150 Worth Avenue and will close at 3pm.
You must be registered and checked in by 3pm to enter the Hat Contest
Grab your Passport!
Shopping and strolling at participating stores begins at 1pm and will end at 5 pm.
The Hat Contest will begin promptly at 5 pm in Via Mizner
Enjoy passed lite bites, DJ, prizes and fun!
